Attorney Robert Breckenridge of Greenville, SC; ethical dwarf

The State of South Carolina presented Robert Ryan Breckenridge with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to properly supervise disbursement of funds
2. Failed to ensure settlement documents properly described disbursement of funds
3. Gross abandonment of supervisory authority

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. June 2016) Bobby practices at 33 Market Point Drive in Greenville, South Carolina.
