Attorney John O’Hara of Brooklyn, NY; convicted felon

The state of New York presented John Kennedy O’Hara with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the City University of New York (CUNY) Law School.

The Appellate Division, Second Department found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Convicted of offering a false instrument in first degree, a class E felony
  • Convicted of false registration, a class E felony
  • Convicted of 5 counts of illegal voting

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Appellate Division, Second Department panel punished Johnny by ordering that he be disbarred.

Several years later, the comedians at the Appellate Division, Second Department had the chutzpah to reinstate Johnny the Felon’s law license. Apparently, they were of the belief that Johnny was constitutionally entitled to earn a dishonest living practicing law.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Johnny practices at 579 61st Street in Brooklyn, New York.
