Attorney Danielle Ross of Scranton, PA; convicted tax cheat

The state of Pennsylvania presented Danielle M. Ross with a law license in 2004

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Danny was convicted of failing to disclose the full extent of her income over a three-year period of time. Specifically, she omitted monies she received from parties that paid her privately involving cases wherein a court appointed her to act as a Guardian Ad Litem.

Subsequently, Danny was sentenced and served one-year in prison, which was followed up by a one-year term of supervised parole.

The conspiracy concerned fraudulently obtaining mortgage financing to purchase real estate.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting her with a complimentary 26-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Danny practices at 240 Penn Avenue in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
