Attorney Gayle Graziano of Hiawassee, GA; slacker

The state of Georgia presented Gayle S. Graziano with a law license in 1975 after she graduated from Emory University Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Gayle guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in negligent behavior
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Gayle by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license effective April 16, 2016

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Gayle practices with The Law Office of Gayle S. Graziano in Hiawassee, Georgia after her law license is reinstated in October 2016.
