Attorney David Beckerman of South Orange, NJ; bully, repeat offender

The state of New Jersey presented David M. Beckerman with a law license in 1951 after he graduated from the University of Missouri Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to treat with courtesy persons involved in legal process
• Threatened to file criminal charges to obtain improper advantage in civil case

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Dave’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonishment for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary Censure.   

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Dave practices at 76 South Orange Avenue in South Orange, New Jersey.
