Attorney Eugene Dietzler of Wauwatosa, WI; convicted drunk

The state of Wisconsin presented Eugene J. Dietzler with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Marquette University Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Gene guilty of the following misconduct.

In separate cases filed in Milwaukee County Circuit Court, Gene was convicted of misdemeanor OWI (third) and OWI (second) conviction.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Gene’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Gene by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Gene practices with the Dietzler Law Office at 6659 West State Street in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.
