Attorney Jerald Engstrom of Ogden, UT; idiotic loser

The State of Utah presented Jerald N. Engstrom with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from George Washington University Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme found Jerry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, dishonesty, deceit or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Lacked legal knowledge and skill to complete client appellate briefs
• Warned by court that appellate briefs were inadequately prepared

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Jerry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
