Attorney Franklin Slaugh of Sandy, UT; ethical misfit

The State of Utah presented Franklin L. Slaugh with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Utah Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to safeguard client property
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Frankie practices at 880 East 9400 South in Sandy, Utah.
