Attorney Vincent Finocchio, Jr. of Syracuse; enabler for Judicial Misfits, liar   Attorney Vincent Finocchio, Jr. (aka, Pinocchio) has unfortunately been practicing his so-called brand of family law in Syracuse, New York for nearly 30 years.

While being interviewed by reporter John O’Brien of the Syracuse Post Standard in 2009, Raus asked O’Brien to call other lawyers for their opinions of him, including longtime Family Court attorney Vincent Finocchio, Jr.
While apparently donning a pair of industrial strength knee pads, Pinocchio said, “Everything I ever saw was by the book and appropriate.”
Apparently, this would include Referee Raus’ repeated violations of litigants “due process” rights. Is it possible that Pinocchio is of the opinion that the term “due process” is the means by which the grass gets moist in the a.m.?
I suppose if given the chance to comment on Jeffrey Dahmer’s culinary skills that, Pinocchio would say, “Everything I ever saw was by the book (Betty Crocker) and appropriately barbequed.”
And lastly, I wonder how many times Pinocchio’s client’s received favorable (unjustified) custody rulings from Referee Raus.
