Attorney Mitchell Robinson of Bloomington, MN; moron

The state of Minnesota presented Mitchell Alan Robinson with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of San Diego Law School.

The Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility found Mitch guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client in immigration matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney/Judicial Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Mitch by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
