Attorney Randall Johnson of Minneapolis; lying loser

The state of Minnesota presented Randall E. Johnson with a law license in 1998.

The Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility found Randy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Falsely completed and notarized documents in real estate transaction
• Advised client to back date certain documents so client could receive unwarranted public funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney/Judicial Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Randy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Randy practices in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
