Judge Brian Pierce of Muncie, IN; arrogant Whatchmakallit, Dumbo   Sadly for the citizens of the greater Muncie, Indiana area, Brian Pierce sits as a Commissioner (Judge) on the Delaware County Circuit Court in the Juvenile Division.
Apparently, Judge Pierce is of the opinion that his bowel movement is without odor as you’ll see from the facts below.
In February 2009, Pierce was the recipient of a parking ticket when his vehicle was illegally parked in the wrong direction in Muncie. Apparently, his Royal Highness is intellectually incapable of determining the legal manner in which to park his vehicle. I suppose that was one of the qualities (an I.Q. equal to the legal speed limit in a school zone) that ultimately led to him being appointed as a commissioner/judge, right?
Upon realizing that he was being ticketed for his illegal conduct, Pierce did what any self-respecting aristocrat would do when he confronted the police officer (aka, peon) and announced that he worked as a court commissioner/juvenile court judge, and asserted t hat he would call the sheriff’s department to intervene on the behalf of his Royal Highness.
Prince Pierce (PP) then telephoned the City of Muncie’s Royal Jester, I’m sorry I mean Board of Public Works and Safety to complain about the parking ticket. He introduced himself as member of the local “Judicial Gentry” and demanded to know why city officials would ticket someone would ticket someone after a snowstorm.
His Royal Highness then suggested he would subpoena the secretary and code enforcement office into his (when did he become the owner) courtroom to explain their conduct.
His Lordship also spoke to the Deputy Mayor and Mayor and vigorously protested the City’s parking enforcement practices and used profanity (potty-mouth Prince) on several occasions during the conversations.
An unreliable source indicated that his Dishonor used judicially approved profane terms such as “f—k you.” How cool is that Boyz and Girls?
As a result of his despicable conduct, the enablers and apologists (Is there another kind?) sitting on t he Judicial Commission punished the Prince by gifting him with a complimentary admonition. This is akin to the Ms. Manners meting (pun intended) out the same punishment to Jeffrey Dahmer for his questionable table manners. Here tell that Jeff’s rump roast recipe was out-of-this-world?
As we speak (ca. Jan 2011) this certified loser continues to sit in judgment of my friends/acquaintances in the Muncie, Indiana area in regards to juvenile matters. Is this a joke or what?
And lastly, it appears that the Prince’s application for employment as a greeter at the Wal-Mart located at 1501 East 29th Street in Muncie was treated with the disdain and contempt it so richly deserved.
I would disrespectfully suggest Brian that since Wal-Mart told you to take a hike that you consider enrolling at PJ’s College of Cosmetology in Muncie for employment opportunities as a barber.
