The California Bar Court found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected to properly investigate client’s auto accident claims
• Failed to respond to opposing counsel’s discovery
• Failed to appear at hearings
• Sanctioned by court for misconduct
• Failed to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
