• Breached fiduciary duty to beneficiaries of a trust
• Committed acts involving moral turpitude
• Failed to regularly reconcile trust accounts
• Failed to timely close administration of trust
• Failed to provide accountings to trust beneficiaries

As a consequence of her misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Suzie by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Suzie practices with Gizzi & Reep LLP at 940 Adams Street in Benicia, California, which is located in Solano, County.
