Attorney Clifton Spears, Jr. of Alexandria, LA; thief, Dumbo

 
Clifton Spears was gifted with a law license by the Louisiana Supreme Court in April 1993.
 
In early 2010, the Louisiana Judicial Commission found Spears guilty of the following misconduct:
  1. Commingling client funds with his own personal funds
  2. Failing to maintain proper records regarding his client’s trust account
  3. Misappropriating [stealing] client funds
  4. Repeatedly writing checks that bounced (insufficient funds)

And this wasn’t Spears’ 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. In 1995, he was found guilty of failing to communicate with a client regarding the process of his case.
 
As a result of his misconduct, the enablers on the Louisiana Judicial Commission gifted Spears by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. Jan 2011) this loser continues to practice law at 5003 Masonic Drive in Alexandria, Louisiana.
