Attorney Stephen Coghlan of San Francisco; drunken convict

The state of California provided Stephan John Coghlan with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Cleveland State University of San Diego Law School.

The California Bar Court found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Stevie pled guilty to driving under the influence (DUI) after a woman called 911 and told authorities he had been drinking. He was subsequently arrested after he was pulled over a short distance from his home.

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year term of probation.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Stevie practices with the Coghlan Law Office at 615 Sansome Street in San Francisco, California.
