Attorney Alan Carnegie of Los Angeles; lying loser

The state of California provided Alan Joseph Carnegie with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

The California Bar Court found Alan guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Alan reported under penalty of perjury to the State Bar that he was in compliance with the MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirements when in fact he had not done so.

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Alan by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.

Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Alan was never criminally charged with perjury.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Alan practices with Daniels, Fine, Israel, Schonbuch, et al. at 801 Century Park East in Los Angeles, California.
