Attorney Tony Smith of Roseville, CA; convicted drunk

The state of California provided Tony Kevin Smith with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Golden Gate University Law School.

The California Bar Court Tony guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Tony pled no contest (guilty in effect) to driving under the Influence and Causing Injury, a felony.

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Tony practices at 1299 Antelope Creek Drive in Roseville, California, which is a suburb of Sacramento.
