The state of California provided David Robert Shapiro with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University California Los Angeles (UCLA) Law School.

The California Bar Court found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

In on matter, Dave reported under penalty of perjury to the State Bar that he was in compliance with the MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education) requirements when in fact he wasn’t.

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Linda was never criminally charged with perjury.
