Attorney Le’Roy Roberson of El Monte, CA; ethical gremlin

The state of California provided Le’Roy Travelle Roberson with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Pepperdine University Law School.

The California Bar Court found Le’Roy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in multiple acts of wrong doing
• Illegally collected advance fees in mortgage loan modification matter

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Le’Roy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Le’Roy.
