Attorney Jeremy Alberts of Santa Ana, CA; lying ambulance chaser

The state of California provided Jeremy Jon Alberts with a law license in 1989 after he graduated the University of LaVerne Law School.

The California Bar Court found Jeremy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Sent misleading [false] letters to clients re: availability for employment
• Failure to act on client’s behalf led judge to dismiss client’s case
• Failed to perform competent legal services (imbecile)
• Sent letters to 17 prospective clients false claiming they were being sued
• Failed to file an opposition to motion to dismiss wrongful foreclosure action

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Jeremy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Jeremy practices with The Alberts Firm at 1600 North Broadway in Santa Ana, California.
