Barrister Kenneth Grave of New Zealand; ethical gremlin

The Law Society of New Zealand presented Kenneth Selwyn Grave with a law license in 1998.

The found New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Engaged in negligent behavior
  • Engaged in conduct likely to mislead beneficiary re: value of estate

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Zealand Disciplinary Tribunal punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary censure and a $5,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Kenny practices with Gresson Dorman & Co. at 24 The Terrace in Timaru, New Zealand.
