Solicitor Norman Davis of Australia; ethical dwarf

The Law Society presented Norman Hugh Davis with a law license in 1975.

The Bar Association of Queensland found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide Law Society with required audit report
• Failed to provide Law Society with approved certificate
• Failed to maintain proper trust account records
• Failed to conduct required monthly trust account reconciliations
• Wrote check on insufficient funds account (rubber)
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Norm!)
• Engaged in serious negligence
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Norm practices with Davis & Co. at 23 Gregory Street in Bowen, Queensland, Australia.
