Solicitor Patrick Cain of Australia; serial tax cheat

The Law Society presented Patrick Brendan Cain with a law license in 1998.

The Bar Association of Queensland found Patty guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Patty was convicted of six (6) tax offenses. One involved five failures to file income tax returns and on GST return.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and ordered to pay $3,000 in costs.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Patty practices with Lynch & Associates at 66 Poinciana Avenue in Tewantin, Queensland, Australia.
