Solicitor Dean Farnham of Australia; ethical misfit

The Law Society presented Dean George Farnham with a law license in 1993.

The Bar Association of Queensland found Dean guilty of the following misconduct.

• Breached an agreed to undertaking (contract)
• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Dean by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and fined $3,000.
