The state of California provided Julia Susanna Swanson with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from the New York School of Law.

The California Bar Court Julia guilty of the following misconduct.

• Demonstrated indifference as to consequences of her misconduct
• Engaged in multiple acts of wrongdoing
• Caused significant harm to her clients (victims)
• Simulated clients’ signatures on verifications to responses to interrogatories
• Filed sham interrogatory responses to trial court when she knew for a fact her clients had not seen, reviewed, approved the accuracy of the allegations before she served them on opposing counsel
• Engaged in conduct involving deceit, dishonesty, fraud or misrepresentation

As a consequence of her misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Julia by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Julia.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Julia practices with Swanson & Peluso at 101 South Topanga Canyon Blvd in Topanga, California, which is located in Los Angeles County.
