Attorney Gabriel Castillo of Salinas, CA; imbecilic liar

The state of California provided Gabriel Gerardo Castillo with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Golden Gate University Law School.

The California Bar Court Gabe guilty of the following misconduct.

• Demonstrated indifference re: consequences of her misconduct
• Engaged in multiple acts of wrongdoing
• Engaged in conduct involving deceit, dishonesty, fraud or misrepresentation
• Recklessly failed to perform legal services with competence (imbecile)
• Failed to respond to client status inquiries
• Failed to promptly refund unearned fee
• Lied to client he had submitted paperwork to DA’s office
• Lied to ethics investigators that he had refunded unearned fees

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Gabe by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Gabe practices with the Law Office of Gabriel Castillo at 137 Central Avenue in Salinas, California, which is located in Monterey County.
