Attorney Elizabeth Valadez of Costa Mesa, CA; perjuring loser

The state of California provided Elizabeth Valadez with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from Loyola University Law School in Los Angeles.

The California Bar Court Liz guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Liz found it acceptable to report under penalty of perjury to the State Bar that she was in compliance with the MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education) requirements when in fact she knew she had not done so.

As a consequence of her misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Julia by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Liz was never criminally charged with perjury.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Liz practices with Woodruff Spradlin & Smart at 555 Anton Blvd in Costa Mesa, California, which is located in Orange County.
