As a consequence of her misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Eileen by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Eileen practices with Burke Law Offices at 48 Tamalpais Avenue in San Anselmo, California, which is located in San Mateo County.
