Attorney Karen Caldwell of San Francisco; idiotic loser

The state of California provided Karen Lee Caldwell with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from the San Francisco Law School.

The California Bar Court Karen guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to perform work on dissolution matter
• Recklessly failed to perform legal services competently (idiot)
• Failed to respond to client status inquiries
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Karen!)
• Failed to advise client petition had been denied
• Failed to take reasonable steps to avoid prejudicial to client after being fired
• Engaged in multiple acts of misconduct

As a consequence of her misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Karen by gifting her with admission to the State Bar Court’s Alternative Discipline Program (ADP).

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Karen.
