Attorney John Daly of Exeter, NH; slacker 

 

 

The state of New Hampshire presented John V. Daly with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from St. John’s University Law School.

 

The Board of Bar Overseers found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Placed client at risk for imposition of
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Knowingly failed to perform services on behalf of client
  • Negligent conduct led to client being assessed securities penalty
  • Injury to client was significant
  • Placed client at risk of being assessed penalties for violating securities regulations and being denied the authority to proceed timely with further stock offerings

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Johnny by gifting him with complimentary censure.  

 

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Johnny practices at 18 Hampton Road in Exeter, New Hampshire.
