Attorney Christopher Tremblay of Concord, NH; ethical gremlin

The state of New Hampshire presented Christopher M. Tremblay with a law license in 1999.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Chris guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Chris!)
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Failed to withdraw representation when required to so act
• Made false statements to a tribunal
• Failed to advise Massachusetts judge his license was suspended in New Hampshire

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Chris by gifting him with complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Chris practices with the Law Office of Christopher M. Tremblay at 10 Wildemere Terrace in Concord, New Hampshire.
