Attorney John Vanacore of Concord, NH; repeat offender

The state of New Hampshire presented John G. Vanacore with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of New Hampshire Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to understand law re: liens to collect attorney fees
  • Engaged in negligent conduct

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Johnny’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one (1) complimentary warning for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Johnny by gifting him with complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Johnny practices at 19 Washington Street in Concord, New Hampshire.
