Attorney Nina Schumann of Exeter, NH; ethical misfit

 

The state of New Hampshire presented Nina Schumann with a law license in 1987 after she graduated from the University New Hampshire Law School.

 

The Board of Bar Overseers found Nina guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Lied that she practiced as a member of a law firm
  • Violated or attempted to Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another 

As a consequence of her misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Lanea by gifting her with complimentary reprimand.

 

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Lanea practices at 15 Deerhaven Drive in Exeter, New Hampshire.
