Attorney William Hulett of Dallas; thieving loser

The state of Texas presented William Eric Hulett with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Drake University Law School.

A panel of the District 6 Grievance Committee found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to keep client informed of status of divorce case
  • Failed to promptly comply with reasonable information requests
  • Failed to refund unearned advance fees (thief)
  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Billy!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 9-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Billy.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Billy practices with the Hulett Law Firm PC at 5005 Greenville Avenue in Dallas, Texas.
