Judge James Lockemy of Dillon, SC; loser, lifetime porker

The state of South Carolina presented James Edward Lockemy with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

The Supreme Court of New Jersey Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct found Judge Baptista guilty of the following misconduct.

Jimmy has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for last thirty-four years (1982 to 2016). Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Dillon, South Carolina area was about to offer Jimmy a good paying job.

Jimmy is now (ca. 2016) involved in a campaign to have the South Carolina Legislature appoint him as the Chief of the South Carolina Court of Appeals. Jimmy is running against fellow appeals court judge Paula Thomas. (FITSNEWS)

It appears that an ethics complaint has been filed against Denny. The complaint accuses Denny of attending legislative fundraisers in violation of the law and for soliciting commitments from legislators before he is legally allowed to do so.

It has been reported that a wealthy South Carolina donor has been directly lobbying state lawmakers on behalf of Denny, which is improper. One can only imagine what gifts in the way of rulings Denny has promised to this donor.

Unlike almost every other state, South Carolina allows state lawmakers to hand out judgeships. This is the sole reason for Denny’s illegal lobbying of said lawmakers. In truth, Denny is nothing more than a whore (my sincerest apologies to hard working whores) who is engaged in keeping his elected pimps at the statehouse happy.

Hopefully, the voters in South Carolina will wake up and demand that this perverted manner in appointing judges be scrapped and replaced with allowing the voters to elect judges for terms no longer than six years.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Denny continues to sit as a South Carolina Appeals Court Judge in Dillon, South Carolina.
