Attorney Juan Guerra of Harlingen, TX; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Juan Angel Guerra with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Reynaldo G. Garza Law School.

A panel of the District 12 Grievance Committee found Juan guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Juan found it acceptable when he failed to return a client file to a client after he was discharged.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Juan by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-month suspension of his law license. 

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Juan.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Juan practices at 1021 Fair Park Blvd in Harlingen, Texas.
