Attorney Daniel Kennedy of Minneapolis; ethical misfit

The state of Minnesota presented Daniel L. M. Kennedy with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Boston College Law School.

The Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Filed frivolous [sham] claims in bankruptcy court
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Violated bankruptcy court orders

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Danny practices in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
