Attorney Stephen Archer of Defiance, OH; thieving loser

The state of Ohio presented Stephen Robert Archer with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Case Western University Law School in Cleveland, Ohio.

The Northwest Ohio Bar Association found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to pay employment taxes for employee
  • Retained employee employment taxes and spent money for personal purposes (crook)
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Harmed a vulnerable employee

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Stevie practices with the Stephen Archer Law Office at 315 Third Street in Defiance, Ohio.
