Attorney Kevin Hall of Houston; ethical gremlin

The state of Texas presented Kevin M. Hall with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law School.

The Grievance Committee found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
  • Failed to comply with client information requests
  • Failed to advise client of status of legal matter
  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Kevin!)
  • Failed to surrender client property to client after being fired

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Kevin.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Kevin practices at 1100 East NASA Parkway in Houston, Texas.
