Attorney Milton Gifford of Cottage Grove, OR; moronic liar

The state of Oregon presented Milton E. Gifford with a law license in 1986.

The Oregon State Bar found Milt guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Made misstatements (lied) to a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Misrepresented number of actual heirs in probate matter
• Altered documents he presented to probate court

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Milt by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.
