Attorney William Brewer III of Dallas; ethical leprechaun

The state of Texas presented William A. Brewer III with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the Albany Law School.

In one matter,Texas State District Court Judge Ruben Reyes issued a ruling wherein he sanctions Billy for engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Used push polling to improperly influence potential jurors
  • Engaged in unprofessional and unethical conduct
  • Engaged in highly prejudicial conduct
  • Attempt to avoid responsibility for misconduct was at worst in bad faith

As a consequence of his misconduct, Judge Reyes ordered sanctioned Billy in the amount of $133,000 and ordered that he take 10 hours of legal ethics courses. An unreliable source indicated that Billy is going to opt to attend the Tom Delay School of Ethics located in Sugar Land, Texas.

And lastly, Judge Reyes ruled that if Billy’s appeal of the $133,000 sanction is fruitless, it will be increased to $173,000.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Billy practices with Brewer Attorneys & Counselors at 1717 Main Street in Dallas, Texas.
