Judge Wade Naramore of Hot Springs, AR; incompetent loser

The state of Arkansas provided Wade T. Naramore with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Little Rock Law School.

Wade succeeded in duping the voters in the greater Hot Springs area into electing him to a seat on the Eighteenth East Judicial Circuit, Division 2 in Hot Springs in November 2014.

In one matter, Wade was criminally charged in the hot-car death of his son in 2016. After being indicted, Wade was placed on suspension with pay. In other words, Wade continued to receive a $3,000 weekly paycheck even though he wasn’t providing any services of any kind to the taxpayers.

After a trial, Wade was acquitted of causing his 17-month-old son. At the trial, Wade testified he “lost awareness” that his son was in the car and forgot to drop him off at day care. Clearly, Wade missed is calling as a standup comedian!

You should remember that an “acquittal” doesn’t mean that Wade wasn’t guilty. It only means that the jury didn’t find evidence beyond a reasonable doubt to convict him.

After his acquittal, the Arkansas Supreme Court ordered that Wade be reinstated to his judicial position in Hot Springs. However, in doing so it issued an order that prohibited Wade from being assigned to preside over any child dependency and/or neglect cases.

In other words, the Supreme Court was concerned that Wade may well have been guilty of neglect of his son which led to his unnecessary death. Therefore, the Court concluded that it would be highly inappropriate for Wade to rule on cases of child neglect and/or abuse.

As we speak (March 2017), Wade continues to sit as an Eighteenth East Judicial Circuit, Division 2 Judge in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
