Attorney Brant Stevens of Spokane, WA; ethical elf

The state of Washington presented with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Brant guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to maintain required trust account records
• Failed to maintain client ledgers
• Failed to reconcile trust accounts

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Brant by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
