Attorney Edward Shipe of Boca Raton, FL; ethical misfit

The state of Florida presented Edward Anthony Shipe with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Miami University of Law School.

The State Bar of Florida found Eddie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Eddie found it acceptable to knowingly engage in conduct that was prejudicial to the administration of justice.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary 10-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Eddie practices at 350 Camino Gardens Blvd in Boca Raton, Florida.
