Attorney David Tennant of Kalispell, MT; cheating loser

The state of Montana presented David G. Tennant with a law license in 2004.

The Montana Supreme Court Disciplinary Counsel has charged Dave with the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest re: divorce client
• Placed lien on client’s home for nonpayment of fees then purchased home at foreclosure anonymously well below market value at auction
• Illegally added to property lien $2,300 in fees client owed
• Billed client $3,200 for time spent trying to collect fees in client’s divorce case

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Dave by the enablers for Attorney Misconduct sitting on the Montana Supreme Court.
