Attorney Garvey Biggers of Phoenix; cheating loser

The state of Arizona presented Garvey M. Biggers with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Garvey guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Selfish motive re: use of trust account
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Improperly retained fees in trust account
  • Used client trust account as personal account
  • Used client trust accounts for deposits and withdrawals to protect against random, unnoticed IRS levy attempt son his personal bank account

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Garvey by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Garvey practices with the Garvey Biggers Law Firm PLC at 3030 North Third Street in Phoenix, Arizona.
