Judge Robert Nalley of La Plata, MD; scofflaw, arrogant, lifetime porker

Judge Robert C. Nalley unfortunately sits on the 7th Judicial Circuit Court in La Plata, Maryland which is about 35 miles from Washington, DC.

Judge Nalley has dedicated his entire adult life at porking out at the public trough. After obtaining his Law Degree in 1969, he spent the next thirty-nine (39) years ingesting public pork.

On Aug 10, 2009 Judge Nalley returned to the Charles County Courthouse in the afternoon in his motor vehicle. Upon arriving at the courthouse he determined that someone unknown to him had parked their vehicle in a space that was reserved for his luxury vehicle.

Upon discovering the vehicle in his designated reserved spot Judge Nalley exited his vehicle and while utilizing a pen or other sharp device went about deflating the tire of the vehicle parked in the reserved parking space by letting air of the tire through the valve stem.

On October 28, 2009 Judge Nalley appeared before Maryland District Court Judge Robert Wilcox and entered a plea of guilty to the criminal misdemeanor charge of tampering with a motor vehicle.

Subsequently, the Maryland Judicial Commission charged Judge Nalley misconduct regarding his criminal conduct as aforementioned.

At the conclusion of a hearing before the Commission, it was determined that Judge Nalley was not a candidate for a complimentary public reprimand. This was based on the fact that approximately 10 years earlier he committed the same criminal act by letting the air of out someone’s tire.

Therefore, the enablers at the Commission decided to teach this two time loser (criminal) a lesson he wouldn’t forget by suspending him without pay for five (5) days.

Apparently, if Nalley is caught again, the “three strikes” rule may well apply. This would mean that Nalley would be sentenced to a 30 day all-paid family vacation to Tahiti.
