The state of California provided Victor Saldana with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Whittier University Law School.

The California Bar Court found Vic guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to oppose motion re: automatic bankruptcy stay on client
• Client’s unable to contact Vic
• Failure to make contact with Vic led to client’s bankruptcy case being dismissed
• Vacated office and failed to maintain current address with state bar
• Failed to appear at pretrial conference on client’s behalf
• Engaged in multiple acts of misconduct
• Seriously harmed his clients

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Armen by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Vic practices with The Law Office of Tony M Lu at 3333 South Brea Canyon Road in Diamond Bar, California.
