Attorney Gordon Brown of Oakland, CA; repeat offender

The state of California provided Gordon Dean Brown with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Golden Gate University Law School.

The California Bar Court found Gordy guilty of the following misconduct.

Gordy’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Created false settlement release so as to mislead clients about status of their claim
• Failed to respond to 13 letters from insurer
• Accepted representation of joint clients w/o obtaining proper waivers

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Gordy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

Gordy’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to inform court license was suspended
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Gordy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
